I love the purpose of this app. I would say that it makes job finding very convenient, maybe more convenient than indeeds app. There are a few bugs that I have encountered. I tried to submit a profile but it told me it couldnt do so. Also I tried to upload my resume but every time I go back into edit my profile, it shows that I havent uploaded my resume. Please fix the bugs & this app will be amazing!

Great idea, if you can get companies to use this. I used it for about three months straight every day and got one response. I used Hired and Angel List during that time as well and got 20+ responses, including for jobs that had been listed on Switch. I have to imagine a lot of these reviews were internal to their company because its very clear no HR team is checking this. Its a nice idea but they did nothing to build the network that would make their app worth bothering with. Dont waste your time.

Great app! I love the inter gratin of the job posting, Facebook and Twitter accounts of the company, and the companys Linked In page. It helps to get a good understanding of the company and what others are saying about it. Idea: I love the easy use and its fun. I would like to see a "save" kind of button. There are jobs I want to apply for, but I want to revisit later, but continue to see the jobs after the current page Im on.

Kept crashing for a while but its working again and I find it very useful!

I was excited to have a new way of approaching companies since Im about to graduate with my BA but this app was really basic. I think being able to sync with our LinkedIn account would be more beneficial since we have to upload all of our experience yet again. All my results only came from third party sites so I ended up just going to the source directly. Honestly, Ill just stick with LinkedIn

The new update is great. Im getting really good job suggestions now. Uploaded my resume to my profile and got a match yesterday!

Great app for job seekers. Tried this app a few weeks ago and fell in love with the job search results.

This is a cool concept, but there are not many partner job postings, so you have to apply externally to everything. I got about 75 job recommendations, but they were all external, so I deleted my account. This app didnt provide any value beyond what I could get via other job search programs such as Indeed, LinkedIn Jobs, etc.

No option to input your own job function. Meaning that all I see is Project Manager jobs when I need to see Producer jobs. Almost completely useless to me. Fix this and it would be great.

95% of the listings are external which means I have to apply outside of the app. Isnt the point of the app to make it easier for job applicants to connect to companies? Delete.

This is an aggregator and very few jobs are posted by the recruiter or hiring manager. Do not waste your time if you see ziprecruiter or indeed in the lower, left corner as you can get those from their websites and have to apply externally anyway. You are better off using LinkedIn.

I love using this app. Being able to check the job market and apply to jobs Im interested in without my boss knowing makes it so much easier and less stressful.

I never feel comfortable searching for a new opportunity while still employed and I definitely dont want anyone I work with to find out. Love that this app provides me with targeted jobs I can easily say yay or nay to. Employers can review my profile while I remain anonymous. I think its genius.

I refuse to fill out another online application that I know no one will read. Switch gets me right to real jobs I actually want. I swipe if I like it - and if they like me, we connect. SO the way job hunting is supposed to be!

Great Idea for an App just the beginning of mobile job hunting so I am recommending it. I havent had any company call me yet, but it sure can be convenient during a time-crunch

Ive found listings that definitely just went up a day or so ago. Clean interface and easy to use!

I dont get this app because you still have to apply on your computer unlike some other swiping like job apps. Ultimately thought it was useless then.

Lets you apply to jobs in one click. I broadened my job search with this.
