No technology whatsoever got partway through and deleted the app it is

3rd Party site. No way to customize your profile. Simply the least professional job app Ive ever seen.

I have been using it for a while now and nothing!!! They cant even match appropriate positions to my level of expertise.. Not only that at least 75 of the positions are from indeed.. Thanks but no

I found out about Switch from a recruiting blog. So I thought I would give it a shot. It may be the most useful recruiting tool I’ve come across. When I open the page, I get a list of qualified and best matched candidates for the jobs I need to fill. I just wish I would get resumes with each application, but I have just been asking the candidates directly for them.

This app has made the painful process of finding a new job much easier and quicker than ever before. The swipe feature in this app actually makes the job hunt process fun and is something I can do in my spare time! Awesome interface and experience!

There is room for future improvement and refinement for sure, but at current it is still the most elegant, flawless and easy way to bring job opportunities to our daily routine.

I thought I would give this app a shot, and it has been great. I built my profile pretty quickly, I even emailed their team to ask for suggestions on how to best use the app. I already got a few matches. On a side note, great customer support team.

The app is functionally intuitive, great user experience...cant wait to see what opportunities it provides.

The Tinder-esque model makes it really user friendly and helps you network in your sleep. It connects you with head hunters and C suite level people at companies large and small. No more emails to generic HR email addresses! I connected with a recruiter at the end of January and got a job offer last Friday for my dream job in my dream city! Love this app!

Nicely designed. It’s pretty cool how it pulls jobs. Kind of wish I got more jobs daily, but other than that works really well. I like the activity tab with monitoring your status on jobs you swiped on. Good way to keep me in the loop about the status of my application.

Finally.....the job search process has been re-invented!! Fun, effortless, enjoyable and EFFICIENT job search app that works! Highly recommended for job seekers at all levels and all ages.

I read about this app and always remembered it as Tinder for jobs just because it’s so catchy. It was a pretty simple profile set up, tagged my skills, and I got a match in my city already. It was so much easier than having to personalize a cover letter per position. Great app!

Downloaded app because off the great rating. No jobs in my area. Funny. Everyplace in town is hiring. Switched up options, still nothing. What a waste of time.

I’ve tried different job apps out there, but this one was by far the best. It takes a bit of time to set up a good profile, but I got a lot of jobs liking my profile from it. Easy to use, great design in terms of user experience. Just a great app all around.

Im a student in grad school looking for a job and this app really helps to connect me quickly and directly with jobs in my field. I dont write reviews but this deserves credit.
