Pretty cool app. Got some companies asked me to come to the interview. It will be better if I can send my Linkedin profile directly from this app.

The app looks nice and the idea is great, but they dont seem to have many/any companies on board who are actually posting jobs, which defeats the entire purpose.

Switch is by far my favorite way to apply for a job and connect with hiring managers. Having used all the traditional methods, which generally involves sending cover letters and resumés, Switch both expedites and simplifies the application process. One of my favorite features of Switch is knowing exactly if the hiring manager decided to pass on you, because lets be honest, that could often take two weeks of silence to figure out through traditional means. Switchs Activity feed will tell you immediately, thus allowing you to move on and not left wondering. Overall, I find the app to be beautifully built with a clear focus on providing a great user experience. Switch helped me find my dream job, yours could be waiting for you.

Just started using the app, no idea yet how fruitful it will be. Intuitive to use so far, and provides a sense of some of the jobs that are out there.

This app is completely misleading. It just pulls postings from indeed.com and it doesnt even apply to those positions for you. Whats the point of that?

While this sounds like a great idea, many of the fields dont have any jobs listed (like architecture). There needs to be more diversity.

Easy to use and a cool way to find a job

It works! I got a few interviews with very low effort. Can’t beat that.

You cant actually apply to most of the jobs on twitch you are simply liking them. Twitch then sends you an email of the jobs you liked with links to their postings from indeed.com. This makes the app totally pointless, I can simply search indeed.com myself

They found me more relevant jobs then I was finding on indeed, and monster. I already got a match! I love being able to chat to the person in charge of hiring. It feels so much more direct and uncomplicated. I just wish I wasn’t limited to number of jobs a day.

Simple and easy to use

Only after using this a week, I was able to connect directly with potential jobs... this app is amazing! Adapting the like/swipe method was put to GREAT use. THANKS!

I just downloaded the app a few days ago because a friend suggested I try it out while job searching. Ive received two matches already! This has got to be the quickest I have heard back from a job application ever. Great idea, great app.

Update: three months later, logged in to see if they were able to source any direct job postings in NY. Nope, still only reposts from job boards. Who needs another copycat? Not me. Deleted. What others said. The idea is great, but theres very little content. In New York, I get to see 21 job posts a day, but its rare that there are enough actual posts. The list of functions is so weird that I have to look at "other" jobs. Its unreasonably short and selective, doesnt cover many common job families. The majority of jobs come from websites like Monster, so I need to use a computer to actually apply. Like another reviewers said, the developers need to source real jobs directly and get more content. It would be a lovely way to search, but needs improvements.
